Martin Fitzgerald Lawrence[2] (born April 16, 1965) is an American actor, film director, film producer, screenwriter, and comedian. He came to fame during the 1990s, establishing a Hollywood career as a leading actor, most notably in the films House PartyBad BoysBlue StreakBig Momma’s House and A Thin Line Between Love & Hate. Lawrence has had numerous film roles and his own highly rated television series eponymously named after him, Martin, which aired on the Fox network from 1992 to 1997.

Aliaune Damala Bouga Time Bongo Puru Nacka Lu Lu Lu Badara Akon Thiam[1] (born April 16, 1973), known as Akon (pronounced /ˈkɒn/), is a Senegalese American R&B and hip hop recording artistsongwriter, and record producer.[2] He rose to prominence in 2004 following the release of “Locked Up“, the first single from his debut album Trouble.

He has since founded two successful record labels, Konvict Muzik and Kon Live Distribution. His second album, Konvicted received three nominations for the Grammy Awards in two categories, Best Contemporary R&B Album for Konvicted album and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for “Smack That” and “I Wanna Love You“.

He is the first solo artist to hold both the number one and two spots simultaneously on the Billboard Hot 100 charts twice.[3] Akon has had four songs certified as 3x platinum, three songs certified as 2x platinum, more than ten songs certified as 1x platinum and more than ten songs certified as gold in digital sales. James Arthur “Jimmy” Osmond (born April 16, 1963) is an American singer, actor, and businessman.

 

Early life, career, work with The Osmonds

Osmond was born in Canoga Park, California, the ninth and last child of Olive May (née Davis) and George Virl Osmond. He is the youngest of his siblings and a member of their musical group, the Osmonds. His siblings are Virl, Tom, AlanWayneMerrillJayDonny, and Marie Osmond. He is also the only Osmond of the nine not to have been born in the family’s hometown of Ogden, Utah.

At the age of seven, Jimmy was the first to be awarded a gold record in the Osmond name. It was for a song he recorded in Japanese, “My Little Darling”.

He remains the youngest performer to have a No. 1 single in the UK Singles Chart, with “Long Haired Lover from Liverpool” in 1972.[2] The song was credited to Little Jimmy Osmond.

As a solo artist, Jimmy has accumulated six gold records, one platinum record, and two gold albums and is in the “Guinness Book Of World Records”, as the youngest artist to have a number 1 record on the UK charts. In addition, Jimmy and his siblings have sold more than 100 million records and share 51 gold and platinum recordings along with numerous other awards and honors, including a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
